The race was good I hit a new PB shaved off 4min from my previous 10K and now the under 60min goal seems like achievable in my next 10K race.
This was my first race in my New Balance 890v4 which fun and I was not planning for that but I am going to continue using that shoe till I am forced to switch to more cushion'y 880v4.
Half Marathon training is going well we did 20K this week and its going to ramp up going next week. Surely its getting colder and colder now.
Lets see how it goes.
