In-spite of the pain in Hamstring it feels better on Knees already and the cross training will definitely improve my running in long run.
Left the heart rate monitor off this time just went with Garmin 610 and foot pod.
It being long weekend I slept in on Sunday and also had the trainer come in on Sunday so there was no way I was in shape to run on Sunday. I tore some muscle in arm still hurting and so are my hamstrings.
