So its all set for weekend races, yes races I have 2 back to back. Not something I planned just happened to be so. I have a 10K planned for Saturday night and a 5K planned for Sunday. Today's run was 7K but the humidity just killed and my foot pod slipped and it was hurting as hell. Should have stopped and fixed that,now it still hurting hopefully rest fixes it by Saturday night. I tried the GU chomp it tasted good the run was too short too tell if it helps or no. I did not hurt I burped a few times but it was ok. I still need to try the Gel sometime before the #STWM. The heart rate was much elevated mostly due to humid weather and its good the weather on weekend is cooler. Todays run route also covered the Sunday;s yorkville run and so it was good practice run.
