I tried tapering my run and to my surprise when I stopped training so did I started to sleep less. I noticed that every day that I did not run I end up staying up upto 2/3am and the next day goes horrible. So I ran today not a lot just around 3K. It felt good it was raining a bit. I was supposed to go pick up the race kit not sure if my plans to go to there are going to work out. If not I will have to go all the there on Sat. Guess not much to write trying to stay safe though my calf injury is back and it hurts while running too. I hope next 2 days I get to rest and keep the calf muscle relaxed and hope i get sleep.
