My speed has been improving a lot recently I did my PB in my #YorkvilleRun and today I beat 1 min from that time. Still not under 30min mark but I am going to be there soon. I can feel that. #STWM is just 5 weeks away and now focus is on distance and keeping fit as much possible. I need avoid injuries and hopefully I will finish the #STWM. Today route was different we went east to jarvis and up to Wellesley and back. Surprise the Garmin heart rate was back to normal, I still need the new elastic strap need to find buy it. The old heart rate monitor strap slips or moves to a spot where it looses the contact and than from there on its all downhill. Here is how the route was. Leave a Reply. |
