So I am back at regular training after a weeks break in running class, though I did at 10 miler race on Sunday. My ham string was a like big piece of rock had to see a physiotherapist to get that fixed. It was a good a run today the pace was good no aches and pains. I slowed down to get a fellow runner who was injured going again. But I guess like almost everyone in the clinic she had IT band issues so bailed on the run. I am hoping I can get my max training done this week. I am out next week going to miss my week day runs and than its race week.
Garmin 610 GPS was dot accurate today and not much to write about today.
