Still getting used to NB 890v4

I am still not sure what is different, but I think the inside of the shoe seems to tilt a bit inside. I can feel a gentle slope towards inside. Not sure if the 2E for New balance 890v4 is wider and that forces my foot to slide. Will try to do something for this in next run.
Over all one thing that I like about New balance 890v4 is that it super light, don;t feel like I am running with any shoe. Its going to take some more runs to break in the Shoe before I can truly judge how it is. The run was regular up university and back to store. I am still not 100% and need to see doctor tomorrow.
