I guess this is not first time that I counted on rain to help me hydrate and did not carry water with me. All the time before rain did not show and the humid weather just made things worse. Today it was raining and it was pouring on the way back and I could taste the salty sweat but alas its no where to close to what I needed. I was wet but I don;t think it was due to rain it was all sweat with humid climate. I was completely dehydrated by the end and to add to misery this was hill training day. To make it every worse it was at Riverdale park and 8 repeats. My feet are really sore and hurting and I hate it when water gets into my shoes. So may puddles everywhere had to dip into it. Overall the run was good training and only one more hill training class left now. Garmin heart rate monitor went back to what it was doing before. Some where in the middle on the run the heart rate dropped to as if I was standing still when I was panting and running out of breath. I guess I am not the only one but talking around to group it looks like it has to do with faulty belt and not the heart rate monitor. I am going to call the Garmin support tomorrow to see what they say. Leave a Reply. |
