It was a cloudy humid day and I forgot to carry my water. It was not bad but for sure I wont do this again. I was doing good for the 1st 5K and it was good pace too. But on the way back the muscles had tightened and needed water. It got worse as I cam to end part but I was able to finish it. Still need to look for 2nd shoe and need to alternate between 2 shoes till the race day. Hopefully this week I will have time to research and shop for it. Here is route details. Leave a Reply. |
