I hated this part last time too and I still hate it. Almost gave up my ankle today doing the hill loops. This is going to take a lot of training before I can keep good speed. Heart rate shot up as expected and my left weak ankle started to buckle as expected. Got a brace for tomorrow runs Damm the rain did ruin my shoe completely and quite a few people feel same way in the class. Not sure what to get next yet need time to research a bit. Leave a Reply. |
