Finally I was able to get through the York Mill hill, a week ago it looked the Lawrence hill was real dud and sucked out all energy going any way. Today since I dint have to go work on the way back, It did not matter how soaked I was in sweat. It was really bad but was able to get up there and finish the full coarse. Now need to get distance on bike I need to be able to do at least 40K before I can run 22K.
For sure biking is best cross training sport for me right now. Gets my quads and hamstring strong without hurting them. Now just need to find time to strength training to complete the full training for Half marathon.
