So after Sunday;s run which tanked with the On Cloudrunner shoes. I went back to another pair of shoes that I stopped during my #STWM training. I went back to 890v4 and right away I was back running as before. All was back to normal my feed din't hurt apart from where it was hurting before. I did 2 runs this week and it went well. I am also see quite a few runners form the half marathon clinic and coming back to run. I am signed for my next half clinic which starts in Nov. I need to get back to my strength training regime arund I can tell my running is right foot dominant. Need to fix lot of bad habits in running. Yesterday's run Garmin just refused to get a lock on GPS. I finished the 4K run and it never got a lock on GPS> I t was really strange. It was fun to be back at running. Not much to write. |
