Was not surget e if could run outside ..was not 100% after the sleepless last 3 days. I can I am going to get sick so decided to stay inside. I was hoping I could stop early. Surprise the last weeks speed run training helped. I am not sure if trust the heart rate monitor this time. I actually wetted it as suggested and damm it showed that I was doing lot less than what I felt. I need to try it outside tomorrow. Never the less it was good workout with record 517Cal burned :) It was not bad the group now clearly has 2 sub groups.The one that have clearly run half marathon and are just keeping relaxed and one doing this after a long time. It was much easier doing almost 5 today with enough to do another one 10min ...so its getting better. |
