Was not surget e if could run outside ..was not 100% after the sleepless last 3 days. I can I am going to get sick so decided to stay inside. I was hoping I could stop early.
Surprise the last weeks speed run training helped. I am not sure if trust the heart rate monitor this time. I actually wetted it as suggested and damm it showed that I was doing lot less than what I felt. I need to try it outside tomorrow. Never the less it was good workout with record 517Cal burned :)
