I guess I never run this much and so consistently and for longest I have not had a injury. So I guess now is the time. Need to switch to biking a lot more to keep the training going.
Strange today none of the GPS worked well all got sub 9K distance for a 10K route. I guess standalone gps struggle to lock and I don't know if I should blame Garmin 610 or assume that it is not going to get better.
