This is not really great pace but I am confident I can finish the distance now. It is not a good feeling yet but hopefully the next 4 or 5 weeks I can pace my self a bit faster.
The route was good we went up University to Bloor and west on Bloor to Bathrust. South on Bathrust to MGT to Ontario street. We got back to Bay and did a loop around Richmond/queen and Univ.
I use the concentrated gatrade with water but I ran out of both the bottles of my hydration and probably need to fix that somehow for training.
