Should not have run

I was felling so bad today that had to take Advil to get up and go to work. Was felling week but did not want to give up and ended up doing 5K. Almost got wet today again with last 2 days running or biking in rain did not want to get wet and get more sick.

Overall the new Half Marathon group is bit faster than my pace and have not seen much of the old crowd yet. 
Need new shoes soon and now the news is New Balance 880v4 is not coming till August, might go with 2 shoes strategy and get mizuno or minimus; Need to research a bit just don't have time.
