Finally this Saturday I was able to complete the 5k run. It was not as bad as I thought but definitely missed the lights in downtown which give the breather needed to run.
The cause for the run was all good, all the money was donated to a homeless shelter.

Hope they reached the goal they, didn't update the results about how much they collected etc and if they met the goal.
