I tried at least 10 time to give microsofr the money to buy windows 8. Damm they have messed up the payment system it keeps failing with "Intializing checkout failed."
So googled it and found 100s or threads all same

Commmn Microsoft you spent about a $1bn to make this ...about a 10million to launch this and cannot get the right payment method to work. May be sell via google wallet you might sell more Windows 8
