For a change the GPS of Garmin 610 worked well not drops as last time. The shoes don't seem to bother any more. I need avoid injuries now and see if I can get some strength training to keep fit.
I did take my water with me and it rained today , so not lot of use of it. But not having is not an option any more. The next 2 races are back to back soon in 1st week of sept. The night race 10K and the B&O 5K race.
The route was usual to canoe place and we did 4 loops and I did a half of the steep hill on return.
